SHIPPING METHODS
Deliveries to Switzerland and EU countries are handled by DHL or UPS. All shipments that are sent by ROCKCHIC Fashion are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of Swiss public holidays).

All shipping costs are free of charge within Switzerland and the EU countries.
TRACK YOUR STATUS
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

PACKSTATION
In Switzerland, shipments can be delivered to a "Packstation". Big parcels that do not fit into the rented box might need to be picked up at a branch of the Swiss Post and/or DHL Express Station.
