EXCHANGES WITHIN SWITZERLAND

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange any purchases within 14 days of receipt.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER

Step 1

Please contact our Customer Service team to reserve the new desired size.

Step 2

Using the enclosed Exchange & Returns form, indicate which item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason why.

Step 3

Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging.

Step 4

Close the package securely and attach the label for the exchange shipment to the package.

Step 5

Drop the package off at the post office (DHL) or request a pick-up (UPS).

Step 6

Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt.

Step 7

The previously reserved exchange item will be dispatched immediately.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached
  • It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether
  • Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once
  • Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times
  • Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or UPS)
  • We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered within Switzerland must be returned in Switzerland. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
  • Customised items cannot be returned
